Google+ (G+) is the social media website that Google released in June 2011. The environment of G+ encourages Googlers (those who use G+) to interact, encourage, and do business with each other. As a business or organization, it is important that business owners create a presence on G+ because it helps you build customer loyalty.

One of the important components of G+ are Hangouts because it allows you to interact via video conferencing in real-time. In a recent Hangout, Michael Dell the CEO/Founder of Dell Computers stated that he is planning on integrating Hangouts as a way for Dell’s Customer Care Center to provide support to Dell customers.
